- You can come in quietly or say hello — whatever feels right.  

- Sit anywhere that feels comfortable.

 

During the session  

- No pressure to talk, join in, or make eye contact.  

- You can listen, chat, stim, doodle, or simply be present.  

- Activities are always optional.  

- You can arrive late or leave early.
